VRX-SLXP acquisition is official at $158/sh in cash:

The buyout price is a 14% premium to SLXP’s closing price on 8/18/14—the day before the share price initially popped on takeover speculation. The nominal deal value is $14.5B (including assumption of SLXP’s debt).
