Distributors have to pay for product.
Walmart is NOT a distributor, just a storefront. Independent distros still have to shell out $$$ to drop off product at a Walmart.

Distributors get screwed over. Very little margin where its not worth distributing KU which is likely why nearly all of the announced distributor PRs have not moved any product!

BeBevCo has some interesting people in management, When I go and buy $900 worth of KOMA, the best deal they can give me is 95 cents a can, and 10% of the cases are damaged upon delivery. But now you can buy $20 worth for only $1 each?

Ginny he said .95 per can. That's less than 950 cans or 39 cases. The point is though that even at 45 times the volume a distributor can only get a 5% margin from retail.
