Milesblue42,

Thank you for such a well put together notice. And more so for sharing it with us! So, lets concider:

Marvel ( MRVL) is a big board company with an O/S of over half a Billion shares and a Float of just over 400Million. It is profitable and trades just over 7 Mil. per day on average. A small percent of the float.

CEHD ie, China Electronics Holding with an O/S of Appro. 16.7 Million and a Float of Approx. 5.6 Mil. ( 3.6Mil without the Warrants). It trades less than 5K per day currently.

The disparity between the two companies alone indicates that this is not at all a likely trade or purchase combination. A little common sense is called for. For instance, Marvel has the assets alone, plus the Credit standing if it were needed, to just Purchase CEHD outright! 2nd point of common sense. There are plenty of other companies with much bigger pockets than CEHD so as to out bid CEHD for any item of out standing Value!!

I could make other points but why?! It seems that this Article has an error of some type. However, indeed, stranger things have happened as the saying goes. And I truly do not know how deep Mr. Hailong's pockets really are or just how strong his backing in China really is! That said, it is possible that the Article is indeed accurate!

If it is accurate then I am far more impressed that I have been with CEHD. Why? Well, if true and regardless of weather the deal goes threw or now, just the fact that Mr. Hailong has the assets and the contacts to not only approach but actually be taken serious by a Big Board company is indeed impressive!

But in effort to clearify I have e-mailed the error department of the Editor of " Realist Investor", the publisher of the Article to see if indeed there has been an error. The Article listd an " Amy Miller" as the writer. Amy Miller is listed not as a writer for the Magazine but as a Contributing Author. Perhaps she made an error and unknowingly pasted it on.

If I receive a reply I shall share it.

One more point of interest which neither confirms nor denies but is probably just a reaction to the original Article on 8 Jan 2015. Both Stocks did indeed spike at the time of the Article. Just check the Charts.

Thank you again Miles and please continue the positive contributions here!

Danni Ps Sorry for the fast but sloppy spelling!
