The allowable levels of THC in hemp is 0.3% not 3%.

The Noah's Arc products are from a company, P.R.O.S. Xtractions.

And from Weedmaps:

Peninsula Greens is proud to announce P.R.O.S. Xtractions as their new and exclusive supplier of crumble and other soft waxes of the like.

Jones is growing hemp or marijuana - they are just using other company's products.

Jones doesn't have a company that is registered as a business entity in California - he hasn't registered with the California Franchise Tax Board.

I bet MSHA or OSM would be very interested if Jones is cultivating marijuana on a mining claim.

If Jones is doing anything in California he is doing it illegally.

Jones can't control his own finances and he had to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy and walked away from his financial obligations - the patent examiner eviscerated him for lack of understanding of the process he was applying for a patent.

What's the frequency, Kenneth?
