Its all up to the media. Oregon might get recreational doors open by Summer. DC might be able to keep the peoples decision firm, but regardless; there wont be legislation for how it is to be grown, and distributed. it would simple be for now, a law that makes it legal, and nothing more; which does nothing for big business.

Alaska will not make a difference regardless,

But DC, Oregon, and industrial hemp bill could play in.

Same with VA, the first patient to be granted use for cbd medicine for seizures is in the process of being granted as well. The family lives in California, but wants to move back to VA

also, there is a case in the CA supreme court that is contesting the schedule 1 aspect of MJ, which may actually prevail…however i don't know if the supreme court will be able to get the DEA to play ball.

plenty going on, and it depends how big money and the media wants to make markets. Its not a coincidence the SEC slammed a bunch of companies last year in the MJ sector, and the media stopped promoting marijuana related stories.

and i think another run will happen, however the question is when.

imo, its just as easy for media to go negative right now as it is PRO MJ.

for instance, the Govenor of Oregon is caught up in fraud and scandal accusations and the Govenor of Colorado admits that only a fraction of sales tax proceeds have actually been paid, leaving huge holes in the #'s

MJ will be a great one to watch for years to come. With plenty betting at different times for the next bull run.

My opinion is a lot more $$$$ needs to accumulate in the sector. The index is at what 117?

whats funny about this , is that longs here tell me VHUB has NOTHING to do with MJ…so I'm not even sure why i waste my breath . lol

however i do see the Vaporizer and MJ industries streamlined together, thus VHUB will get action when the MJ sector picks up…whenever that might be…

but i honestly don't have high hopes for vapor stocks. the industry will continue to grow, however there is nothing amazing about the technologies. except that its becoming more popular.

and regardless of quality , where its made, etc….many places to buy these devices which many are Chinese manufactured goods with a different label;

new stores are popping up all the time. alibaba has dozens of options. retail and wholesale options are expanding . and i can drive 5 miles from my house and find 7 different sores that sell these products.

there isn't all that much special about a product i can buy at 7 different places within a 5 mile radius of my house…just sayn...
