Jayyy, since you brought it up, it seems that you may possibly have it backwards. Although I'm not a lawyer, I'm pretty sure that the defendant is normally the one being investigated. The lawsuit is brought by Renu, one of the plaintiffs, against a handful of defendants, two of which are Steven J. Lerman and Cathy J. Lerman (the "Lerman Law Firm"). Mike Irving is not under investigation nor is he a defendant or plaintiff.

The plaintiffs and defendants are clearly identified on page 2 of 58 in the first paragraph. So, just to set the record straight:

Defendant: Steven J. Lerman and Cathy J. Lerman
Plaintiff: Renu
Not listed: Mike Irving

Usually lawyers do the investigating, but sometimes the lawyers are the criminals and they get investigated.

If Mike Irving is being investigation, then please post a link as Roth investors and potential investors really need to be informed as Mike Irving is the IR guy for both Roth and Renu. You should also post the link of the Renu message board.
