its been 9 months-since-INCC-stumbled-into-the-MJ-business…WHY is-it taking so-long to find JUST 1 licensed grower in a State crawling with them?????

ANSWER………its not, the problem is that INCC has gotten enough SALARY funds from selling shares that the need for a REAL business has yet to surface………WILL IT EVER?????????

NO NEED to BUY and HOLD here until a grow plot starts to be built, VERY easy to see that progress, and INCC has FAILED miserably a t that aspect…………

funny to see INCC embarrass themselves with all this COULDA SHOULDA "been growing by now, ONLY if this issue would be resolved…..BUT"……. charade

FLIP this INCC until the right indicators are identified…..
