i would hazard a guess this time the loan is NOT on the value of leases but rather 'something' that is to provide the potential for INCOME in the next 6 months....banking on drilling and the mother load? The loan company has had to consider up-to-date information, such that we have no access to. I think we are close at hand here on some breaking news on those permits and timeline for actual drilling!!!! I will sleep tonight with this thought under my pillow.
