They say they have housing for 120 employees. They shows us those 3 blue buildings with 72 rooms, as well as a smaller, one-story building next to them. Doesn't add up to 120 unless their is some double bunking. I wonder if this could be employee quarters as well. Or it could be something as simple as a storage shed or perhaps a utility building for power. It is a new building because it isn't in historical Google aerial photographs.
Edit: On second thought, it likely has something to do with open dam operations since it's basically sitting on top of it.
