Look at the OPERATING INCOME line - WOW - $28,000,000 in OPERATING INCOME in 2014 - SEC filed...
Those "other expenses" were one time charges that will GO AWAY... Can you BELIEVE the OPERATING INCOME and MOVE to NET PROFITS????
