Let's be very clear.....

The SEC is very clear that the share structure of a company is suppose to be up to date AS OF the filing date of their 10Q's and 10K.

Rico purposely deceived shareholders by reporting a share structure that was 20 days old and was BEFORE the shares outstanding superseded the size of the authorized shares.

More fraud on Rico's part that is proven right there in his own filings.

Once the SEC confirms what the share structure was as of February 10th (the date of the filing) he is toast.

By the way, so is his 68 yr. old CFO who lives out in California.
