So they "inadvertently" understated their derivatives liability and I presume, then fraudulently sold said derivatives. It seems likely that we can expect a wells notice. If that happens we'll plunge fast enough to make ones head swim.

Then the class actions will spring back to life with a vengeance. All of these events will drive the stock lower and lower. Assuming of course that it goes like it usually does after fraud charges become likely. Expect mass exodus of any institutional holders at that point. No one wants to have to explain why they kept holding an asset after it is clear that it's broken. It's hard enough to explain to the boss why you bought in the first place.
