To me the pre-uplisting actions taken by JN ever since late last year seem to indicate that maybe JN figured out or decided or was told by potential manufacturering partner that they NEED to get on major exchange before a deal could be finalized. And we didn't meet all the structural personell reqirememts and weren't fully ready to r/s and uplist until a few weeks ago.
