So, can you simply answer the question posed to you by another member- why would a company with annual revenue of over $100million sell the company for $3million?
If I offered IENG $90,000 for Patten would they sell it to me? After all it is the same percentage they paid, heck i will be generous and give them $100,000.
Also, what money did they use to buy the company? When the same owners were operating under AMEL they didn't have enough money to keep their lithium properties.
