Great informative post as usual Stock! Of course the Judge didn't say that! If she did there would be no need for a jury trial. If she had uttered those words from the bench she would have been reprimanded and "excused" from the case. A mistrial might have been declared and case closed. Attorneys are expected to make bold statements....not Judges. I'm of the opinion that posters should not be permitted to post with the level of name calling that we see on this MB! Ihub should not allow posts that approach - if not cross- the line of legality regarding slander and libel. Just my opinion. Go TMMI
