But this post-split conversion has diluted both Hameed and Roger... However, I believe, from reading the 10Q filings, and from watching the stock action, that DILUTION IS DONE from the old debts from FONUD... with the share structure still very much intact... Now we need to see those "Institutional Investors" to come and fund the DISTRIBUTION OF YELLOW, The BUILDING of the FIRST PHASE of Studioplex, and the PENNY MARSHALL MOVIE.... If Jake and Roger could find investors that would take buy shares at .50 with a NO DILUTION CLAUSE- and would buy 14 million shares at that price... There is the 7 million dollars needed for 2015 funding needs... Then... Release Yellow, and use those profits to continue on, until the Penny Marshall Movie is released... and on and on... That would leave FONU with a share structure of less than 50 million shares outstanding, and the price would rapidly rise into multi-dollars, imo..
