So,Tonyo....IENG is going to buy a company with an annual revenue
base of 100-500 million for a secured loan of 3 million????

I personally sent Ezekiel certified letters requesting whether or not he ever received a LOI from IENG.
Guess what??? He never responded to certified letters, e-mails, or attempted phone calls to his company for this information. He has avoided any contact regarding the SCAM.
Wake up Tonyo ...Just because someone posts something in a SEC filing, that doesn't make it true. Many scammers post info in SEC filings that are not true.
