As much as this long chart looks bad look at the positives holy crap RSI HIGHS ACCUM HIGHS TSI HIGHS.. It would indicate that tsi is at its highest even 100ma cross is coming with a grey market it would indicate very little dilution and buying all the shares a person can get.. I have tracked many many OTC Stocks and greys as well and this is a true sign that NEWL is getting stronger hold on next week...
