YW, as for today's news, I don't think it was any surprise or a big deal for that matter that they had to raise some funds through an equity sale of securities. How else were they going to get the funds for this launch? I not only wasn't surprised, but I even expected it and even said so in a few my post over the last month. Compared to the vast majority of other companies in the OTC markets, this isn't alarming, nor that concerning imho, especially given their 163 million OS share count that pales in comparison to the majority of others that can be 10X higher or more.

However, everybody has their own investing tolerance and risk levels, so though it is disappointing to see you leave prior to the big CBD launch, just weeks away, I can respect your personal investment decision and wish you all the best SF. Take Care & Cheers!
