BadDog,I looked through the "Bill" and did not see any red flags that would eliminate HISS from being involved in port security.Plus,I believe that HISS hired a couple of guys this past year who have major connections in high places.The hiring of these guys was another reason I bought into HISC and I am disappointed that we have not heard more about what they are contributing.Can you point out a few things in the "bill" that I may have missed that would hinder HISS from being a player in Homeland Security?
