Rightttt- DMRJ does NOT have a BOD seat, the direct opposite of what you claimed. Why not just admit that? To have a seat, they would have to provide some unique level of expertise and or a large position to command a seat. They do NOT get to vote on the BOD. Smartly so.

BAM on the other hand does have a SEAT, and the IP that guarantees their loan.

But hey, you are soooo good at explaining things, maybe you can pay me $1.50 for my shares that you swore would happen if the CEO was fired.
