Newlead needs NOTHING to retain its grey market listing on OTCmarkets. If it wants to uplist to pink sheets, Newlead needs to do NOTHING. If it wants to uplist to OTCQB, NEWLEAD needs to do NOTHING because its S/P has never dipped below one cent for 30 days or longer, nor is it below one cent at present.
