Look even in the GRCU Q3 they state that Overby owns 4 million shares of the Series F Preferred shares!!!

And here that is:

Michael W. Overby (2) Series F Preferred 4,000,000 shares

The note is his address.

GRCU states he owns 4 million shares of the Series F preferred stock - but you keep posting that he doesn't.

I am right as usual and Overby owns 4 Millions shares of the Series F.

Hey, call GRCU and tell they have bad information in their financials! LMAO!!!
