Forget the so much publicized 3Dstock.com predictions. Apparently they either have not done a good enough DD on this company, or they are simply yet some other low-life pump-and-dumpers. They told you at the beginning of last month (?) the 10-K will come out late April. Their misleading announcement might have contributed to the recent drop, as (sorry, I have to say it) some people rather relay on "news" from such places (such as 3Dstock), rather than their own DD, and probably got frustrated that the filling "didn't come out in time."

To the newbie’s: You folks have to be aware of all these pump-and-dumpers, which IMO includes the 3Dstock guys - whoever they are. IMO, they pumped it, and probably sold it at around 0.03, and then launched the 10-K misleading info in an attempt to drop the price. This is one of the well known, most perverse and effective way of bashing a stock to fit one’s agenda. One thing for sure: they (the 3Dstock guys), seem to know the long-term value here; the fact that they are back, it might be an indication that they are loaded again. If so, expect some more pumping from them.
