It was extremely beneficial. I have drafted the initial complaint. My counterpart in the building will advise me on the proper steps and language to ensure it is filed in a timely and accurate manner along with ensuring I take proper steps to ensure a proper submission.
I recommend you to take a look at the DoD IG site, and the number of complaints/reports that are displayed relating to contracting, not to mention the actions taken by law enforcement. Often oversights are made and noted in such reports; my complaint will center on the contract with DoD being a potential end customer and supported with such findings (that are publicly available) ensuring I note the connection between American makes/Sigma and DoD being a potential customer.
