David, I agree with the first point. It´s a huge advantage for ivfh to use the existing subjects to availability. It´s costly to have the own fleed, all with refrigerators btw. for just this business but Rungis had no choice. The german post had a monopol at the time they started. The fish would smell over the weekend and they would laugh about it. This is past but that´s the reason they are struggling right now, lot´s of competitors are now in the businesss but they still have point two. It was also chef driven and everything is all about contacts. Every salesperson there is or better was a cook who understands what the other side wants and needs. IVFH did the homework. A client of Rungis btw is the Burj al Arab. America has a lot of products the whole world needs. Fish is just an example, even the tomatoe could and should have it´s second finding here. It´s a shame what happenend with this great product in the old world. You still have multiple sorts and tastes we lost currently for reasons I can´t descripe here. This stock has chances the xxxxxxxxx there hopefully will detect some day. Your Dollar 2 prediction is hopefully a joke. The chances are much better if you use a few years. Jmo
