The floats up from 69,100,000 to 73,400,000. Those poor poor guys from platinum took such a big risk and huge leap of faith saving this company so they could feed off it then continued setting up additional imsc ATM's over the years filled with imsc shares to bilk retail.

DHS will be funded after February.
