Over 50% of the companies outstanding shares are owned and held by insiders.

How could you possibly know that? They don't file anything with the SEC and they've gagged the TA. We have no idea what the share structure looks like today. No ownership filings from any of those insiders either, by the way, so if you are correct they're breaking even more laws.
