My order -made on the first or second day the product appeared on the Amazon website -has never shipped and at least one "long" has had an email from Amazon confirming his order was never shipped either (his posts disappeared during iHub's Black Wednesday, sadly, although I'm sure he wouldn't mind posting again).

And all the reviews are fake, as has already been established.

Usually, any seller procures inventory from his suppliers and maintains them himself. Once an order is placed, we'll pass the order information to seller, who'd then ship an item from his end. For this reason, we do not have a feature to check updated shipping status of seller item or send a replacement.

At this point of time, it appears like the order was never shipped from seller's warehouse (as order status still shows as 'Pending Fulfillment'). Since the delivery date of February 8 - February 12, the only possible solution would be to file an A-to-z Guarantee claim on this order.

How odd that I appear to be the only customer who didn't get his or her Emesyl shipped. Unless those reports were fake, just like all the "Product Reviews", of course.
