We have different reference points I would rather say. What happens from now to the vote really does not matter to me. The long term however is bright. This is a sector in its infency, with explosive growth. In the long term, the company has time, to work through all this. In the long term money will be coming in and the company will easily generate enough revenues to pay down the debt. To me the short term is the challenge. Why? Because there is no money pay the debt. The only way the company can pay is via shares, which explains the heavy dilution we have witnessed lately. The short term is the problem, that is why the debt is restructured to gain some time.. Long and strong ECIG
