I understand, and I believe you. I was just trying to get my head around the concept that Rainmaker is concerned about. Speaking from the standpoint of someone new to this site and these boards and OTC Trading if I were perusing this board and saw things like "Market Capital is only 12 million" and the company is issuing "convertible notes" and the conversion of those notes is driving down share price they might sound like a reason to steer away from the stock if you don't know what these things mean. I just wanted to have things clarified for myself and anyone who looks to this board for information. I appreciate the things I have learned from ones on this board and I want it to remain as educational as possible despite the incredibly emotional time period we are in right now:)
