SPNG is as dead as CMKX, CONV, GECC, and hundreds of other scams of the exact same sort. Yet folks still post on the CMKX board and wait for their global settlement packets.
And I suspect the same will continue on for SPNG. Nothing will happen, but the postings will continue for years.
And maybe the funny letters to DaJudges and DaSenators too!
The SEC and DOJ are done with Cohen. Finished - and nothing related to your SPNG. Do think they'd have settled matters with Cohen if they thought he'd be useful for anything related to SPNG? Of course not - they'd keep leverage on him - now lost.
Oh, and did you think the US courts and SEC have jurisdiction over Europeans? Nope, not unless they are currently in the USA.
And of course there is no evidence that any of the Euros did anything ILLEGAL. No evidence, no jurisdiction, nowhere to go.
