Latest Govt. stats: 21.63% of the Oil production in the Gulf of Mexico is still offline.... and 12.95% of Gas production is still offline...

M.M.S. Govt. Agency now saying that becuase 2006 hurricane season is fast approaching, it now expects minimal improvement will occur before hurricane season arrives...
