Time for some more of the entertaining letters, Jay!

And the "going forward" plan for the SPNG bagholders who failed to sign on to the restitution order (which is now final). Anyone not on that list is guaranteed to get absolutely nothing.

Butt I can't wait to see the latest hand-waving letters that go nowhere but to the circular file.

Seriously, I find them very amusing.
