Agreed, they use smart language to get away with it. OWOO crafts very carefully every word and every insinuation.
I still believe they will come out with several fluffs claiming some sort of "deal".
Words to look for: "deal", "investment/investing", "talks", "meeting", "executives", "brick and mortar", "this year", "next year", "potential", "share holder value", "product recognition", "cartoon", "movie" and on and on.

They have a truck load of bull some be ready to dodge the sh.t as it flies everywhere.
