We need to realize that H.B. Is and has been selling Ariad all along, just a piece at a time for little more than status quo. Denner would most likely have sold the whole Company for a multiple of status quo. Each piece sold is just a little less Company for the money originally invested. This is effectively deflation of corporate value directed by Harvey.
