Can SPDC actually hold above a buck? They need to settle or at least make a public offer to settle at X amount. Even if Graffitti does not agree, it might stabilize SPDC PPS. Appeal directly to the SDVI/GRAFF stockholders. Get the discussion going. JMHO, without judging either side.
