This is all so complicated. If this is the case, it is out of WFMC's hands right? Once they sold the notes (if they sold notes) they no longer had any control over what the investors did with them, so if people are doing something they shouldn't be with them it is a part of the short selling that gets ended after the S1. Is that correct?
Also, if the insiders are converting now it would be in prep for what they expect to be a rapid increase ins share price. Am I on the right track?
