Look at the chart on Feb 16 was an up day. Everybody thought it would go up from there, but the next two days were down. You need a confirmation day before you can say the momentum has reversed. Tomorrow will be the telltale day...(maybe) of a reversal if it is an up day. (But, pennies are always different) can't say it for sure.
