That is not true. There is no "manual" submission to EDGAR. It will be submitted and filed the exact same way as thousands of others filings submitted daily.

The claim that there is a "special" submission process for this Form 10 is complete bunk. EDGAR is an automated computer system. No submissions are reviewed and approved by a human before it becomes available to the public. It is all automated and only works one way. If a filing is submitted before 5:30 Eastern, it is available to the public immediately. If a filing is made between 5:30 and 10:00 P.M., it is available at the time EDGAR reopens at 6:00 A.M. Eastern the next business day.
