Entirely plausible they released this annual in attempt to spike share prices so they could dump remaining A/S.

If they sold 3 billion shares since last year's share retirement where are the funds? How were they spent? No cash on hand and no assets.

3b shares at avg of just .001 is $3 million. Where is it? Executive pay?
