Joe Sebo is running around Oceanside telling everyone who will listen this is his deal and he's going to convert it to a marijuana play. Joe is a washed up and washed out stockbroker who was fired from every firm he worked for his inability to raise capital.

Sebo's resume is a joke that reads "background includes stocks, bonds, exchange traded funds (FTF's), mutual funds, closed-end funds, commodities (gold, silver, pork bellies, live cattle, sugar and lumber); limited partnerships including commercial and residential real estate, motion pictures, oil and natural gas; and, Private Placement experience including real estate, live cattle feeding operations, airline passenger jets, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), and trash recycling." That's a resume that any 16 year old with an e-trade account could put together, after he put the trash in the recycle container of coarse.

After bombing out as a stock broker Joe started his own photo business (Photos by Sebo) which later filed bankruptcy. At least they removed that lie about him being a Syracuse Grad and war hero. Should this company trust a man who failed in every business venture he touched the largest being a garage photo shop? In the end a company is only as good as its management and if Joe is the best CFO they can get GOHE is in real trouble.
