These are the same as noted last year. There are some noted in financials- above board, nothing nefarious - large holders who are likely the founders who helped finance the transfer from the old to new company, and I dont think they have an interest in blowing up their own investment.

The market and opportunity is here for lots higher. Certainly mgt as well as all traders and investors will take profits - or sell as needed...but i dont think the company is going to fund the scale growth planned hurting its shareholders and the cap.... and CERTAINLY not as a sinister policy seemingly implied

Either way - it is value to cap that matters (to me). If we are looking at 10-20mm revs a year and growing....see this a lot higher then a 3mm cap stock.
