If Nord has 41% ownership and Northwest 59% of the new company, then the new entity should have new shares in that ratio. We as shareholders imo get 41% of the shares we currently hold so if you have 10 shares now it will = 4 shares in the new company.

It likely will take the SEC 4 months to fully process the deal for the otc.

The new entity should be worth substantially more. The merger said the ultimate value to current Nord shareholders is $2.20 per share, that is one heck of a lot higher than .75.But it may take 6-12 months to happen imo and result in us having fewer shares but worth much more ea.

*If the (2)Northwest divisions,( which are involved with merger), have good earnings, then we should have some real value since they supposedly hold the oil licenses. IACD with an article I read.

So here we sit.Common Question: "why Wall ST doesn't value the Nord stock at $2.20", answer: No one knows what value to use yet not audited #s and no clarification of the details, Devil is in the Details!

Jmho we should only ***start to see Monday, but guaranteed it will not tell us all we wish to know, just tid bits, since it is primarily the filing for a material event not necessarily (audited earnings), which again guranteed They won't be! So the shake out value will take weeks/months to figure based on scant info.

Hang tight and try not to speculate to much on the down side! Have patience and let it shake out, if there is a lot at stake **for all parties, not just us. If the Deal is not good for the us NDOL shareholders then Monimpex actions will ruin AURC and their own company as well as for all future similar projects and this type deal is a company Specialty for Monimpex, according to their web site.
