THMG -some updated info:

On 12 May 2006, I spoke with the CEO, Jim Collord. He seems like a friendly, upfront sort of guy. He said that after they bought out their former partner, Dewey Mining Company, they reclaimed Dewey's shares. They are now going to cancel those shares with will bring the OS from 9.7 to approx 8 mil (this info is buried in the 10k).

They recently hired an experienced guy full time who has began searching for acquisition properties. Collord wouldn't give a time frame but I gathered they're hoping sooner rather than later especially due to the current gold climate. When they acquire properties they will announce it via a PR.

I inquired whether they considered releasing a PR about the share cancellation and the active property search. He said they are preparing a release based on the 10K info.

All in all, he feels good about their prospects because they are debt free, have some cash and because they have recently been adding some experienced folks to the BOD who can lend their expertise.
