Nice! Well said but you forgot one thing!!AS is maxed. Only one indication needed for proof!!! Dilution has stopped. Nothing left to sell so here comes the regime change as for the RS and its gonna be big. 500,000 shares will become 250 shares IMO UTRM in the top 10% of those 99.99% of worthless scams that need to be driven into the ground
