I heard them talk about seasonality. And how Q2 & Q3 should be their better quarters. That certainly was the case in 2014. But the year before it looks like Q1 & Q2 were the good quarters, and Q3 & Q4 were weaker. Maybe it's changed. If the seasonality is that pronounced, I wish they would include something about it in the 10K.
The CC was long and I was distracted reading through dozens of other earnings reports this morning. I didn't hear them talk about why the termination of their VP of Operations a few weeks ago. Guess whatever the reason, it was a clear signal to bail in the $2.90's ahead of the Q4 numbers.
