I agree that all this share dilution will be disatrous unless there is one hell of a good reason for it.
We can't keep buying up companies with little revenue for stock, and expect to survive.
We need to get cashflow positive ASAP to fund our operations and growth. Billions and billions of shares aint gonna cut it.
The giving of options, and free shares need to be reined in also. I favor options for performance only, not options for breathing.
I'm not happy that board members get 1,000,000 shares each year as their payment for being on the board. Seems excessive to me, and hopefully has or will be changed.
