Are we supposed to believe Crupi had no idea that when he was selling PZG last December to CDE in a stock trade deal that CDE would be posting a massive loss for 2014?

Unless this miraculously turns around I am dumping my spinco shares immediately as I've lost confidence in Crupi.

I think the class suites against PZG just gained some legs.
