I am starting to think that all the 20% equity partners may have passed, or that if Microsoft is the one then it has been postponed until Vista comes out early next year.
Or maybe no one wants to commit early, and wants to wait and see how this all plays out before throwing a bunch of money at the mobile space. Of course this conservative strategy may cost them alot more money down the road.
This may have forced NEOM to change strategies, and may explain the buying of these other companies rather than sit around for another year or so and fall behind in the mobile arena.
The fact that all of the companies we bought accepted stock as the majority payment may be explained by their anemic revenue. All the companies involved are financially weak, and
we are all betting that they can be at the table when mobile marketing goes mainstream.
I do want answers from the ASM as to what the deal is regarding the future of our company, and am prepared to wait it out if all seems feasible.
